A PROPERLY INSULATED BUILDING SAVES ENERGY
Insulating a building reduces air exchanges with the outside, which translates into a decreased need for heating or air conditioning. Of course, building location influences the choice of materials due to various climactic restrictions. Thermal insulation will help you to stay warm in winter and cool in summer. In addition to being more comfortable, a properly insulated building also results in energy savings.
R-VALUE
In the construction industry, R-value is used to measure thermal resistance. Buildings with a higher R-value are more efficient against varying temperatures.
